Today is R U OK? Day. It's an important reminder that a conversation could change a life.

We all have our ups and downs. There can be a lot going on: exam and study stress, work, relationships, friendships and uncertainty about the future. You might not be able to fix things, but something you can do is ask - are you OK? and listen.

Regular conversations about what people are going through and how they're feeling can make a difference.
