THIS WEEK'S DAY TRIP: WOOLLONGONG - WEDNESDAY 2 SEPT

Everyone is welcome to join the Kings Cross Community Centre Day Trip for a great day out of town. See the sights, stop for lunch, enjoy the company.

Wollongong is a vibrant coastal city nestled between the Illawarra Escarpment and the Tasman Sea. Once known for coal mining and steelmaking, it has evolved into a lively destination for outdoor adventure, arts, culture and dining. With spectacular beaches, scenic coastal views and plenty of cafés and restaurants, it makes a great day trip from Sydney.

HAVE YOU REGISTERED FOR NEXT WEEK'S ROAD SAFETY WORKSHOP YET?

THURSDAY 3 SEPT 10:30 - 11:30AM

Join our Road Safety Workshop to learn practical ways to cross roads safely, navigate uneven footpaths, and understand e-bike risks.

Designed especially for older people with limited mobility, slower movement, or low vision, the workshop will share useful guidance from the City of Sydney Community Engagement Team and a NSW Police perspective on staying safer in busy public spaces.

At the Op Shop we are committed to offering value to our community. This means quality goods at reasonable prices and information on local services, supports and events.

Run by our Shop Manager Yann and his fabulous crew of volunteers.

A great place to pick up a designer bargain, vintage treasure, or unusual art and jewellery. Have a real conversation with our volunteers or even get a treat for your dog.

Every donation gives something a second life, and every sale goes straight back into the community, the services, support and events for our Kings Cross community.

For beautiful finds and real conversation.
