St Canice's Kitchen is powered by 350+ volunteers and serves as a lifeline for more than 150 guests each day. The critical support we provide to our guests experiencing homelessness and social exclusion is only possible thanks to the generosity of our donors.

Join us from 6 pm tonight for Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.

"When we face the sun, we get a tan, but when we stand before Jesus in the Eucharist, we become saints." - St. Carlo Acutis

Eucharistic Adoration is an invitation to encounter Christ in the most intimate way. In the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, we're gazing upon the true Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus, though veiled, it remains real, present and alive.

St. Thomas Aquinas calls this the highest form of worship: latria, reserved for God alone. Christ doesn't just offer us doctrine or distant comfort. He offers Himself. As Aquinas reminds us, "it is a law of friendship that friends should live together." Jesus meets us in the Eucharist because He wants to walk alongside us, to be our companion on this earthly pilgrimage.

When you kneel before Him, you're stepping into friendship with God.
