NEED HELP to get YOUR LICENCE
Who can join the program
To be eligible for a learner position, you must meet the following criteria. You:
are between 16 and 21 years old (and in some cases, up to 23 years old)
are an Australian Citizen or permanent resident, including refugees and new arrivals
have a Victorian learner’s permit
don’t have access to a safe supervising driver who can help you practise your driving, or
don’t have access to a vehicle
are medically fit to drive
aren’t an overseas student
are not already in a TAC L2P program (in another town, for example)
