The program provides eligible learner drivers aged 16 and under 21 years of age who do not have access to car or supervising driver with the opportunity to gain the required 120 driving practice with trained volunteer mentor

NEED HELP to get YOUR LICENCE
Who can join the program
To be eligible for a learner position, you must meet the following criteria. You:
are between 16 and 21 years old (and in some cases, up to 23 years old)
are an Australian Citizen or permanent resident, including refugees and new arrivals
have a Victorian learner’s permit
don’t have access to a safe supervising driver who can help you practise your driving, or
don’t have access to a vehicle
are medically fit to drive
aren’t an overseas student
are not already in a TAC L2P program (in another town, for example)

The new car for Heywood has been delivered.
Huge thanks go out to the Heywood and District Community Bank for the generous grant to enable us to purchase an L2P car for Heywood. Thanks also to the Masonic Lodge for their generous donation and support along with the Magistrates Court Fund.
