Dance in the dark, zero judgement. Fortnightly sessions in Port Macquarie NSW. Everyone welcome, 16+. Part of the global NLNL movement.

No lights, no mirrors, no choreography, no judgment, no fancy clothes, just one hour of feel-good, freestyle dancing that’s now in Port Macquarie NSW. Come solo or with friends, and leave on a high! No Lights No Lycra is an alcohol-free dance session held in near-darkness, so you can move however you feel. There’s no teacher, no right or wrong moves. Just music, community, and endorphins. Come to

us with whatever vibe has brought you through the day; we shake off sadness and heartache within the space of an hour. If you’re happy and joyful already when you walk through the door, we’ll help you turn it up a notch.

A little reminder there's no dancing session this week (August 6th) as my sister and husband have welcomed their little new addition to the family and they are busy enjoying the time with her and parenting :) Everyone is healthy, happy and adjusting!

We'll see you all back on August 20 on the dance floor!
