🎬 Looking for a thought-provoking film with a powerful message? headspace- Port Macquarie have just the thing!

headspace, in partnership with Charles Sturt University, is hosting a screening of SEEN — a groundbreaking documentary exploring how parents' own childhood experiences can shape the way they parent and influence their children's development.

The screening will be followed by an information session and Q&A with Linda Bell (headspace Clinical Lead and Accredited Social Worker).
