This week is National Volunteer Week, celebrating the valuable contribution that volunteers make in local communities.

Here's to our new and long term volunteers who came together this year to help make our local Mother's Day Classic happen.

In our 12th year here in Port Macquarie, the Mother's Day Classic is 100% led by volunteers and we wouldn't be here without an amazing group of people who give their time and energy to bring some sunshine to Mother's Day and those fighting breast and ovarian cancer.

While not all of our volunteers are shown here, we want to say thank you to those who woke up pre-dawn and gave their Mother's Day morning for an important community cause.

Thank you to Suzanne, Rachel, Grainne, Leah, Logan, Charlotte, Wayne, Del, Tessa, Jane, Rikin, Max, Grace, Henry, Jack, Mischa, Michelle, Helen, Anthony, Amelie, Kylie, Michael, Ben, Elijah.

☕️ Host a workplace morning tea
💲 Pause one takeaway coffee this week & donate the value, or pause weekly to end of June
🏌‍♀️Organise a round of golf with friends & ask them to contribute $5-10 on top to donate
🍴Hold a dinner party (great excuse for a catch up), with cost of attending as a donation
⭐️ Promote your team involvement and invite your customers to donate
