Some simple leftovers on the griddle for dinner. Leftover chicken with capsicum, garlic, spring onion, asparagus and noodles.
All the veg and chicken were about to be thrown out, but I saved them and cooked this lovely meal. Finish off with a sauce (soy, oyster sauce, sesame oil and sweet chilli sauce)
