Physie has a rich tradition in Australia and provides so much more than dance. It’s
about empowering girls with the confidence, strength and resilience to become
strong young women. It's all about encouraging fitness, health and wellbeing while
creating a welcoming space where participants feel supported, valued and encouraged to be their best. 🤸‍♀️

We are delighted to play a small part in helping this wonderful community continue to grow and inspire the next generation.

Today, the Port Macquarie Physie & Dance Team would like to celebrate all of our incredible mums, grandmothers, carers, and mother figures.

Thank you for the early mornings, the endless hair styling, leotard preping, lifts to class, the cheering from the wings, and the unconditional love and support you give every single day.

Your dedication, encouragement, and belief help our dancers shine both on and off the stage.

We are so grateful for everything you do.

Today’s flashback takes us back to one of the many special team performance moments our club has shared over the years.

Team performances have always been such a proud part of physie. Weeks of practice, learning to move together, supporting one another and stepping onto the floor as one — it’s where confidence grows and friendships become even stronger.

There’s something incredibly special about watching a team perform. The smiles, the energy and the connection between the dancers show just how much heart goes into every routine.
