Every day, thousands of people cross the NepalβIndia border.
Some are heading to work.
Some are returning home.
Some are visiting family.
Some are simply going about the ordinary rhythms of life.
Watch long enough, and it feels like organised chaos. Buses arrive, people weave through the crowds, traders unload goods, families walk together, conversations happen in every direction.
This crossing carries thousands of stories.
Among them are young women who have been promised a job, an education, or a better future. Most are simply looking for an opportunity to improve their lives. But sometimes those promises hide expl0itation.
