A huge vote of thanks to Wiseberry Port Macquarie for holding a Winter Appeal to support those in our local community who are struggling to keep warm this winter. 🧡

As the colder weather sets in, many people in our community do not have suitable clothing to protect them from the cold, wind and rain. Donations of warm clothing such as jackets, jumpers, shirts, socks, tracksuits, beanies, scarves, pyjamas, and shoes make a real difference to those doing it tough.

We are incredibly grateful to Wiseberry Port Macquarie for helping spread the word and providing a collection point for donations. Community partnerships like this help us bring warmth, dignity, and hope to our neighbours in need.

Thank you for caring for our community and for standing alongside us to support those who need it most. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of people facing hardship this winter. 🧡🙏

WINTER APPEAL 2026 has now begun 🧡

For the month of June, we are supporting St Thomas Anglican Church to help support those who need it most through the cooler months. They are in need of warm clothing such as jumpers, socks, tracksuits, beanies, scarves, pyjamas etc.

Please drop these items to our office at 10/128 William Street, Port Macquarie. Anything donated would be deeply appreciated. 🧡

You asked about the wall?

On Tuesday, some of our amazing volunteer team laid another 100 bricks in the wall at the St Thomas Soup Kitchen.

Not the kind of wall that keeps people out — the kind that holds a community together.

One hundred takeaway meals cooked.
One hundred reminders that kindness still exists.
One hundred moments where someone didn’t have to go hungry tonight.

To our cooks, servers, washers-up, tea makers, dessert magicians, and everyone in between — thank you. You may not wear hard hats, but you’ve built something far stronger than bricks and mortar.

The wall keeps growing because of you.

To our beautiful team of volunteers,

You’ve built hope, dignity, and a place where people know they matter.

Thank you all for showing up each week, working hard, laughing loudly, and feeding people with Love and generosity.
