πHelp a Family Rebuild Their Life After Fleeing Violence π
Violence against women is at an all-time high in Australia. In our local community, itβs even more heartbreaking β we have the highest rates of family and domestic violence in WA.
Since 2020, our GROW program (formerly the PLAN project) has helped countless women escape violence and start again. Weβve supported women to find safe housing, build job skills, strengthen mental health, and become financially independent. Weβre there every step of the way.
But for every woman we help, many more are still living in fear.
β¨ You can be a shining light of hope.
Your tax-deductible donation today can give a woman fleeing abuse the tools she needs to rebuild her life β and give her children a safe, happy future.
π Taraβs* story is one of many. A young mum of four, Tara grew up believing violence was normal. With no support, she fled her abuser and, by chance, found our GROW program. We helped her get a driverβs licence, write a resume, find work β and most importantly, believe in herself.
βIn the first 3 months, I built confidence. I felt confident to leave my relationshipβ¦ I never thought Iβd be where I am now. Iβm thriving.β β Tara
Now Tara and her children are safe and thriving. But her story could have ended very differently β and many more women still need that same support.
π Can you help us reach more women like Tara?
Every dollar you give can provide something essential:
π $20 = phone credit to call for help
π $50 = food voucher for a mum feeding her kids
π $90 = a counselling session to start healing
π $100 = clothes for job interviews
π $200 = kitchen/home essentials to set up a safe new life.
Together, we can help more women walk away from fear β and into a future filled with hope.
