Congratulations to 1st Bungendore Venturers, 1st place at Dragonskin 2026

Presenting the Champions of Dragon Skin 2026 "3rd Time Lucky" from 1st Bungendore.

After finishing 12th in 2024 & 6th in 2025, the lads put in months of training to make sure they got their name on the trophy in 2026. This was the closest win for many years, beating second place by only 9 points!

Last weekend a group of SCT Rovers participated in an Introduction to Caving weekend at Bungonia. Learning caving skills and slithering, crawling and climbing through a range of different caves, a number of OAS achievements were gained by participants, while others gained valuable experience towards their Guide qualifications.

ScoutEvent is now open for registration to attend the 43rd South Coast & Tablelands Region Jamborette, the Labour Day weekend 3rd – 6th October 2025 at Goulburn Showground.

Time to complete your planning & put the finishing touches your campsite, gateway, costumes & Region dinner menu for the “Pirates & Cow Folk” themed event.

We request each Unit brings along 1 or 2 base style activities to be run over the weekend, please send through details of these as soon as you can so we can include in the program & ensure no double-ups.

We are also still seeking volunteers to join the Jamborette Team (Service Leaders & Junior Service Leaders), so please let us know if you would like to be involved. Venturers, Rovers & Leaders not coming with their Unit are also welcome to join us to assist with running activities.
