Port Augusta parkrun ~ Event number 382 ~ 3rd October 2026
This week 73 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 23 were first timers and 6 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 4 different clubs took part.

We had visitors from Townsville, Melbourne, Bendigo, Adelaide & Mount Barker. One of our visitors from Adelaide was completing their 200th parkrun today and our visitors from Mount Barker were completing their 100th different parkrun location at Port Augusta today.

We were lucky to have Aaron from Melbourne, and Stephen from Townsville volunteering as barcode scanners today. Our event was made possible by 8 volunteers in total. Thank you to the following:

Aaron SHORTER • Daniel BAXTER • Edith COX • Di PRATT • Vicki FULLERTON • Len SCHARENBERG • Anthony BONETTI • Stephen BUDD

Happy 13th birthday Chandler ... feeling annoyed that he missed out on volunteering at parkrun this morning because his mum was Run Director.
This is what I came home to. 💙🎂🐕💙
