Today is World Environment Day, a wonderful reminder that even the smallest actions can make a big difference for our planet. As a family, you might plant something together, pick up litter at a local park, or simply spend time outdoors appreciating nature. By nurturing a love for the environment in our children, we’re helping protect it for generations to come.

National Simultaneous Storytime! πŸ“šπŸ’›

Today, children and families all across Australia are coming together to share the same story at the very same time. It’s a special celebration of reading, imagination, and connection, reminding us just how powerful stories can be in bringing people together.

NSS is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, listen, and get lost in a story together. You could even continue the fun afterwards by drawing your favourite character or creating your own story as a family.

Here’s to building a love of books, one story at a time, and sharing the magic of reading together. πŸ’›πŸ“–
