❤️ Want to make a positive impact in our community? Stronger communities start with a simple conversation.

Ever wanted to help a neighbour or friend find the right support, but didn’t quite know where to direct them? You don’t have to be an expert to make a difference!
The Pioneer Progress Association, in conjunction with Better Health 4 Dorset, invites you to a "The Right Place" training and info session. This casual, practical morning will give local volunteers, groups, and everyday community members the tools and networks to confidently say, “Yes, I can help.”

Learn how to use local knowledge to connect people to the right services when they need it most. It’s simple, incredibly rewarding, and open to everyone!
Pop in, connect with fellow locals, and enjoy a FREE morning tea on us! 🧁☕

📅 When: Monday, 25th May
⏰ Time: 10:30am – 12:00pm
📍 Where: Pioneer Hall
🎟️ Cost: FREE (includes morning tea!)
Let’s support one another and build our community capacity together. See you there! 👋

On behalf of the Pioneer Progress Association, we want to say how proud we are of our community for the incredible support shown at Saturday’s Dawn Service.
A massive thank you to our team of helpers—your sheer determination and hard work setting up the hall and displays made the morning truly special.
We especially want to thank:
Amy Vickers: For your moving commemoration and delivery of the Ode.
Jake Williams: For your soul moving reading of the poetry by William James Bolch’s sister. Bringing those words from the paper created a heartbreaking memorial that will stay with us for years to come.
Thank you to everyone who joined us to honor this important day.
Lest we forget. 🌹
