This National Volunteer Week we have to say a BIG thank you to all the volunteers that make the Pinnaroo Show & Field Day possible! Without our wonderful committee, convenors and other volunteers our show wouldn't exist!

A great exhibitor starts preparations early. Most of our exhibitor sections are beginner friendly so it’s not too late to pick up a new hobby or perfect a current one! We can’t wait to see Pinnaroo’s talent on display at this year’s show.

🌾 Rotary Pioneer Adventure Day – For Drought‑Affected Farming Families 🌾
South Australian farming families have been doing it tough — and Rotary wants to give you a day just for you.
On 📅 Sunday, 3 May 2026, Rotary is hosting the Rotary Pioneer Adventure Day at Old Tailem Town, created especially to give drought‑affected farmers and rural families a chance to step away from the pressures of everyday farm life and enjoy a positive, uplifting day together.
🎟 This is a FREE family entry by registration ✍
Rotary is sponsoring hundreds of farming families to attend at no cost, including:
✅ Free entry to Old Tailem Town
✅ Food vouchers and free or subsidised meals
✅ Live music, kids’ activities & family entertainment
✅ Free haircuts
✅ Free physical & mental health checks
✅ Grocery giveaways and support services
✅ A relaxed, welcoming space with others who get it
This day has been designed for farming and rural families impacted by drought, with invitations going directly through Rotary’s drought relief networks.

Bulbs are a super easy way for a beginner gardener to enter the Floriculture section of the Pinnaroo Show! Plant your bulbs now, watch them sprout, cut them the night before or morning of the show, win awards...it's that easy!
Some bulbed plants in the cut flowers section include Ranunculi, Dutch Iris, Bearded Iris and Anemone. Plus, any spares you can use in your floriculture arrangements!
