“What a weekend!

Our U11 boys took on the State Championship and I couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them.

For a couple of the boys, it was their very first competition at this level and they stepped onto that court with courage, heart, and huge smiles.

The competition was tough, but they dug deep, supported each other, and showed incredible sportsmanship from start to finish. And the best part? We came away with a well earned win

More important than the score, though, was how much they learnt, how hard they worked, and how much fun they had doing what they love. They cheered each other on, and played with passion.

So proud of this team, the future is bright!”

Ezekiel umpired for our u/15 boys team for the weekend and Jannah umpired for our u/11s Boys team

⚡️Players- show sportsmanship, work hard, never give up, listen to the coach infront of you, respect umpire decisions, be your team mates biggest supporters, make new friends & have fun on and off the court ⚡️

Spectators - enjoy cheering loudly and encouraging everyone the coach will do the rest 🙂

Coaches and team officials - encourage, teach and show respect

Celebrate players effort & attitude as well as skill

‼️ NO LATE NOMINATION WILL BE ACCEPTED

Nominations must be emailed back to the club by the PARENT of the child

BEFORE NOMINATING PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING

🏀 please ensure you have checked the dates and are AVAILABLE to play before nominating
🏀you MUST play for Pinjarra power in our Domestic or Mandurah Competition & have played a minimum of 5 games by Dec 31st 2025
🏀Players who do not reside in a regional area are NOT eligible to play
🏀Parents are responsible for all Costs & travel to & from the competition
🏀 The nomination form does not guarantee your child a spot on the team
🏀 Teams are dependent on numbers & availability of umpires
🏀Trials are dependent on numbers
🏀Your Child must be available to train for the carnival
🏀playing tops are provided by the club
🏀players must purchase club shorts & polo
🏀Mouth Guards are compulsory
🏀all participants must sign a player code of conduct

That’s a wrap of the 2025 South West Regionals carnival

All players, teams & officials represented our club so well

It was full of good sportsmanship, fun, enthusiasm, respect and a whole lot of great basketball skills on display

Our Kindy and Pre Primary kids got to experience their first ever basketball game and their first Jump Ball 🙌

So impressed with them showcasing the skills they have learnt over the last 4 weeks 👏

There was passing, dribbling, shooting, goals, hands up defence and so much FUN, excitement, determination & enthusiasm 🙂
