Over the past 10 days, our “100 Reasons Why” Challenge has continued to highlight the strength, courage and growth that sits within every healing journey.

These next 10 reasons remind us that healing is not just about surviving, it’s about rising.

Here’s a recap of reasons 31–40:

✨ Stories inspire others
✨ Voices break stigma
✨ Healing is not linear
✨ Progress deserves recognition

✨ Pain can be transformed
✨ Healing can be shared

These are the moments we witness every day.
Quiet courage. Small steps. Powerful breakthroughs.

At The Blue Butterfly Institute, we hold space for these journeys, knowing that every story shared has the power to help someone else feel less alone.

We’re now 40 days in… and the strength in this community continues to grow.
