This week 149 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 22 were first timers and 14 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 14 different clubs took part.

Kamay parkrun started on 26th November 2016. Since then 6,788 participants have completed 41,715 parkruns covering a total distance of 208,575 km, including 5,037 new Personal Bests. A total of 667 individuals have volunteered 5,464 times.

Perfect running conditions this week for the 145 people who ran, jogged and walked our beautiful course. We welcomed 18 participating at Kamay for the first time, 5 of whom were first time Parkrunners: Thijs, Kyle, Lachlan, Lubos, Brent, Damon, Thomas, Caroline, Tom, Troy, James, Jon, Kim, Chris, Ingrid, Stephen and Natalie. Personal Bests were recored by 15 participants today.. Representatives of 14 different clubs took part.
Congratulations to Hendrix on 50 Park runs, Chela on 100 parkruns and Ted on 300 Kamay parkruns..
