This week 149 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 22 were first timers and 14 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 14 different clubs took part.

This week 153 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 25 were first timers and 20 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 14 different clubs took part.

Perfect running conditions this week for the 145 people who ran, jogged and walked our beautiful course. We welcomed 18 participating at Kamay for the first time, 5 of whom were first time Parkrunners: Thijs, Kyle, Lachlan, Lubos, Brent, Damon, Thomas, Caroline, Tom, Troy, James, Jon, Kim, Chris, Ingrid, Stephen and Natalie. Personal Bests were recored by 15 participants today.. Representatives of 14 different clubs took part.
Congratulations to Hendrix on 50 Park runs, Chela on 100 parkruns and Ted on 300 Kamay parkruns..
