ll those in need. We are a predominantly Christian organisation operating at the community level, however all are welcome at Furrybee Green Ark. We place no importance on identity labels or political preferences; we believe we are all God's children, each trying to find our place in this extraordinary world. Our mission is grounded in compassion, service, and practical action for those who need it most. Inspired by our patron, St Francis of Assisi, founder of the Franciscan Order within the Christian faith, we embrace values of love for nature and animals, respect for ecology, simplicity and minimalism, and an unwavering commitment to assisting the poor and vulnerable. Our charitable work spans a broad range of community-focused initiatives. We work directly with individuals, groups, and causes requiring support, care, and advocacy, striving to make a genuine and lasting difference through practical action. Registered under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth), we were established with a clear purpose: to relieve the suffering of all animals, protect the natural environment, and actively promote conservation and sustainability, while serving our communities with humility, integrity, and compassion. Together, we seek to build a kinder world—one that values every person, cares for creation, and extends hope to those who need it most.
