We had so much fun filming this special video at Oakwood Primary School with the wonderful students and our partners at ๐ŸŽฅโœจ

Being on site with the children was such a great reminder of why early ear screening matters. In this video, our CEO Dr Lara Shur and Executive Director Paul Higginbotham share the importance of ear health checks in Aboriginal communities and the impact of our program.

A big thank you to Alcoa Foundation for your ongoing partnership, which helps us get out on the road each week to reach more children and reduce ear disease where itโ€™s needed most. Weโ€™re also so grateful to have worked together to bring this video to life.

And thank you to the amazing Oakwood Primary School community for having us โ€“ we loved every minute ๐Ÿ’™

Big, bright, and back on the road! ๐Ÿšโœจ

Children across the Goldfields will once again see the colourful Earbus travelling through their communities, now with a refreshed new look, thanks to the generous support of AngloGold Ashanti.

The Goldfields Earbus has been fully rewrapped to restore its vibrant design after years in the Goldfields sun.๐Ÿ’›

Our Earbuses bring essential ear and hearing services directly to regional and remote communities, helping identify issues early and supporting children to learn and reach their full potential.

A huge thank you to Ashanti for helping bring the Earbus back to life on the road ๐Ÿ™Œ

As if moving to new premises wasnโ€™t challenging enough, try moving a 5-tonne audiometric sound booth! An operation of epic proportions.

๐Ÿ‘‰ This specialised booth required a highly skilled team to carefully dismantle, transport, and reinstall it. Itโ€™s a complex operation that ensures the precision and integrity of the equipment remains intact. Thanks to Rohan Barnes and the team at for your support over many years. Our booth was safe in your hands.

The sound booth is a highly controlled acoustic environment designed to ensure precise and reliable hearing assessments at our Hear Today Clinic for babies and young children. ๐Ÿ’›

Now proudly installed in our new West Perth premises, the sound booth relocation was a significant investment. We are grateful to CFC Group for making this move possible. Their support ensures we can continue delivering high-quality, life-changing hearing care in our new premises.

๐Ÿ“ธ Here are a few behind-the-scenes images of this impressive move in action!

Exciting news for our Earbus families: weโ€™re moving! ๐Ÿššโœจ

Our Hear Today clinic is now located in a new home at 1029 Wellington Street, West Perth.

We have loved welcoming so many beautiful newborns and families into our Brewer Street clinic, but as our team has grown, we have outgrown our space.

Our new location will help us continue providing the same caring, expert ear screening service you know and trust, with more room to welcome and support the families we see every day.

โœ… Same friendly team
โœ… Same important newborn ear checks
โœ… New, improved location

We canโ€™t wait to welcome you to our new West Perth clinic. ๐Ÿ’™

Our team has just wrapped up a fantastic 5-day visit to Esperance, where we saw 101 students across 5 schools. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿš

One of our favourite moments came when a school staff member supported a student who was unsure about trying a bone conduction headset. After giving it a go together in the classroom, the staff member shared that the studentโ€™s eyes โ€œbrightened upโ€ when they realised how clear and easy it was to hear.

Moments like this remind us how powerful the right support and information can be.

We were also so grateful to be joined by the incredible Starlight Captains, whose positive energy brought plenty of fun to the visit and helped keep things running smoothly, especially during those busy waiting room moments.

A big thank you to the schools, staff and families in Esperance for welcoming us so warmly. We love being part of your community and supporting healthy hearing for every child ๐Ÿ‘‚๐Ÿ’™

The Earbus Team is in Carnarvon! Our audiologist Neil and nurses Andrea and Michelle will be at Carnarvon Christian School today between 10am โ€“ 2:30pm, and Carnarvon Community College between 8am and 2pm tomorrow and Thursday.

Weโ€™re excited to be back in the community and looking forward to seeing local families and students over the next few days, supporting healthy ears and hearing for kids. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ‘‚

Last week, our team visited the Our heart, Country, spirit exhibition at WA Museum Boola Bardip and spent time reflecting on the powerful stories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in WA.

This morning, we also came together to watch the 2026 Reconciliation Breakfast Broadcast โ€” a chance to keep listening, learning and thinking about what reconciliation means in our everyday work and lives. โœจ

This yearโ€™s National Reconciliation Week theme, All In, reminds us that reconciliation takes listening, learning, respect and action from all of us.

Weโ€™re grateful to walk alongside Aboriginal communities across WA and to keep building relationships grounded in respect, trust and shared learning. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ’›
