🇭🇷 Baština bez Granica – Heritage Without Borders 🇭🇷
HFG Zagreb is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for our community!
This November/December, we are honoured to welcome instructors from SKUD "Ivan Goran Kovačić" from Zagreb, Croatia, to Perth for a special series of folklore workshops celebrating Croatian dance, music and culture.
Over ten days, participants will have the opportunity to learn directly from one of Croatia's most respected folkloric ensembles through workshops in:
✨ Croatian Folk Dance
🎶 Tamburica / Orchestra
🎤 Singing
We invite everyone to get involved! Whether you're:
🇭🇷 A current HFG Zagreb member
🇭🇷 A former dancer or musician looking to reconnect
🇭🇷 New to Croatian folklore and keen to give it a go
All dancers and musicians of all ages are welcome!
This is an amazing opportunity to learn from internationally recognised instructors while strengthening our own folklore community here in Western Australia.
📅 Tentative Workshop Dates: 27 November – 6 December 2026
📍 Location: WA Croatian Community Centre
To help us plan the program, we're asking everyone interested in participating to complete our Expression of Interest Form.
