Parenting can be rewarding, but it can also be challenging. Being a Parent (BaP) is a free, peer-led program designed to support parents and carers with practical strategies, ideas and resources they can use at home.

BabyFAST is an 8-week program designed to support you as you navigate parenthood, strengthen your connection with your child and build your village.

BabyFAST is coming to Ellenbrook!

Are you a young parent with a little one aged 0–3 years?

BabyFAST is a free 8-week program for young parents and their children, with a trusted support person welcome to come along too.

Each week you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Meet and connect with other young parents in your local community
• Enjoy fun activities with your baby
• Learn about and support your baby’s development
• Enjoy some time with other parents (child minding provided)
• Take part in baby massage and other activities
• Enjoy lunch together

Thursdays | 15 October – 3 December
10am – 1pm
Ellenbrook Youth Centre

Lunch is provided each week, transport may be available and there will be weekly prizes.

BabyFAST is a free, evidence-based program supporting young parents and their little ones.

Registrations are essential.

Great to get our Being a Parent (BaP) program underway at Meerilinga Beechboro this week! 😊

We welcomed a lovely group of parents and carers for our introductory session, where everyone had a chance to meet each other, learn what the program is all about, and enjoy a cuppa.

Over the next 8 weeks we’ll be sharing practical parenting ideas, having plenty of conversations (and laughs), and supporting each other along the way.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again next week! 💙

Parenting can be amazing… and really hard sometimes too. 💜
If you’re looking for a relaxed, judgement-free space to connect with other parents, share ideas, and pick up some practical tips, our Being a Parent program could be just what you’re looking for.

What makes this program different? It’s not your average parenting course. It’s facilitated by parents, for parents. Our facilitators have completed the program themselves before going on to train as Parent Facilitators, so they understand the ups and downs of parenting firsthand.

👶 Free crèche available (enrolments essential).
