At just 34 years old, Tanita's life changed when she discovered a lump under her arm.

By sharing her story and becoming an ambassador, Tanita hopes to encourage others to trust their instincts, seek help when something doesn't feel right, and support the research and services that make a difference for families affected by breast cancer.

At just 34 years old, Tanita’s life changed when she found a lump under her armpit. What followed was a journey no young mum of three ever expects; a Grade 3 breast cancer diagnosis, 16 rounds of chemotherapy, a double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction, and ongoing hormone therapy.

Now, Tanita is courageously sharing her story to help raise awareness of the importance of listening to your body, early detection, and supporting breast cancer research and patient care💗

“Something Pink” is truly something else 💗

Last week, Katrina Tedge, co-founder of Something Pink - Kalgoorlie, joined us from Kalgoorlie to present their annual $5,000 donation to our CEO, Sarah, and CFO, Fiona, continuing their support for us 💌

Since 2017, Something Pink has raised an incredible $394,429.96 for us, as well as significant support for their local community and the women’s health care centre in Kalgoorlie 💗 a big thank you!
