Thanks to everyone who came to Communicate to Inspire last week! It was fantastic to catch up with our faves (it's you, you're our faves!)

We hope you enjoyed getting the hot takes from international conferences, arguing about whether art is scicomm, digging into the craft of storytelling, bonding over the business of freelancing, debriefing on outreach projects from bats to boats, and hearing about the scicomm research and policy work happening right here in WA!

Communicate to Inspire (Comm2Inspire to its friends) is the annual(ish) one-day conference held by the WA Branch of Australian Science Communicators.

Comm2Inspire is a day to celebrate the glorious, chaotic, strategic art of sharing science with the world. Whether you’re a policy whisperer, glitter-covered outreach wizard, library-dwelling research legend, flighty freelancer, or one of the delightfully undefined, we want to see you there!

This year will feature sessions on:
⭐️ Communicating science through art, storytelling and technology.
⭐️ The latest local scicomm research, and how to evaluate your own programs.
⭐️ Case studies and lessons learned from amazing Scicomm projects in WA and beyond.
