Our Vision is of a world that has moved and evolved beyond the limiting dynamics, the current economic and bureaucratic system of today to a more authentic, participatory, co-creative world in which participants are deeply implicated and engaged, personally and transpersonally, in an integral way in the evolutionary process. What we mean by Integral is as Ken Wilber describes Integral Spirituality
: "'comprehensive, balanced, inclusive, essential for completeness.' Short definition, tall order." We believe that change doesn't come from an external system (though not to undervalue the importance of one) but first and foremost it comes from within each and every one of us. Hence the only way to create real enduring and progressive change is to co-create and stand for that change in our relationships and dealings with one another - and primarily within ourselves and our own source.
