I am going to make Mum N Bub Pamper Hampers on a regular basis for parents struggling or in need a bit of help. I can pick up from most suburbs south & north of the river or you can drop items off to me in Armadale. eded would be baby clothes, prams, bassinettes, nappy bags, baby shoes, towels, blankets, sheets, bottles, nappies, toys, lotions, powders, bath wash, baby gyms, play mats & even the sample packs of baby products. Anything baby related would be fantastic. If you have anything you are giving away please pm me thank you. I will also accept anything Mummy related aswell like breast pads, sanitary pads, toothpaste, soap, toothbrushes, sample perfumes anything really to spoil mum a bit aswell. I do ask for a gift voucher for the hampers & other big items like prams, cots, change tables & some toys, it is only a small amount compared to if people paid normal prices even second hand prices. It is usually a $50.00 or less gift voucher, in some cases it might be a $60.00 voucher but that very rarely happens. Somethings posted on the page are FREE or only Baby, Mum or Dad hygeine products. I make all sorts of hampers up to help others that may not be able to afford to buy everything for baby. The hampers I make with items given to the page are worth quite a lot of money. Sure I ask for a gift voucher but I am helping take the stress off ladies shoulders as they get a huge amount of items for the $50.00 or less gift voucher, that they could not afford if they had to buy everything new or even 2nd hand. Everyone knows Babies are expensive especially first bub!! Please keep in mind I don't get a voucher for everything, some people come & pick up their hampers or items without giving me a voucher. I have in the past & will in the future give people more items that they need for baby if I have them. I have had people come for a hamper & go away with a car load of items for baby. I am helping mums & mums to be in a big way as instead of spending hundreds or more they are getting a lot of items for a $50.00 or less gift voucher. I don't see how that is not helping mums & mums to be in need!! I do this by myself I pick up items that people give to the page, sometimes in one day I do 150kms or more round trip to pick up, I sort all the items, make up all the hampers, take the photo's & post them on the page, reply to people's pm's & sit home waiting for people to pick up & sometimes they don't turn up. It is very time consuming & costs me a lot in petrol, tyres & general car maintanence. The reason why I do this is, I was a very young mum who struggled & there was not a lot of help around 25 years ago, still not much around & if you do get help you have to jump thru so many hoops before they will even look at helping. I don't want others to go thru that as I know how hard & stressful it can be. If I can take away a little bit of the stress before or after the birth, then I have succeeded in what I set out to do, which is help those who need it. Please be aware if you give anything, I sort it all out to make hampers or post the bigger items individually on the page & I do ask for a $50.00 or less gift voucher, sometimes FREE items or mum, bub or even dad products. I believe in what I do & that I can make a difference in some peoples lives.
$50.00 or less gift card is not a lot really as I get all the items & make lovely hampers & such, then people pick them up from me & there is normally enough of the needed items for baby for the first 3-4 months.
