National Reconciliation Week

This week, we paused to reflect on the importance of reconciliation and the shared journey towards a more just and united future.

At Rangelands NRM, our work is grounded in partnership with Traditional Owners across the northern 80% of Western Australia. The knowledge, connection and care that First Nations people hold for Country spans tens of thousands of years, and it sits at the heart of how we approach natural resource management.

Healthy Country and healthy communities go hand in hand.

We want to acknowledge the Traditional Owners, partners and community members who guide our team with patience and generosity. Their knowledge helps us understand the cultural significance of the places we work and ensures we navigate sensitive landscapes and stories with the respect and care they deserve.
We are deeply grateful for the trust extended to us.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the Country on which we work, and we pay our respects to Elders past and present.

We remain committed to building genuine, lasting relationships that honour culture, knowledge and Country

Rangelands NRM recognises the incredible work our regional partners that we work with undertake to ensure the protection of our native flora and fauna.
