This weekend we wrapped up the summer basketball season with both the under 10s Hawkz and the under 16s Gliderz.

The Hawkz played the Phoenix Flames and despite not coming away with the win, the team showed both perseverance and strength.

The Hawkz have demonstrated considerable growth throughout this season in not only their skill but also their confidence.

Our under 16 Koya Gliderz also came away with the championship in the Under 16 C Grade Grand Final!

The team played amazingly, working together as a team in their defence, which led to a lot of points down the other end and ultimately gave us a win and the chip!

The team have always had consistent numbers throughout the season, so it was a credit to them for sticking together every game and playing hard.

Special shoutout to Inderdeep Bajwa who managed to win the MVP and to Michael Smith for getting Fairest and Best out of the whole grade.

Thank you to all the parents, caregivers and our dedicated Koya coaches for your support!
