🌊 A HUGE THANK YOU TO OUR BEACH CLEAN UP CREW! 💙💛

A massive shout-out to Layne and the fantastic group of volunteers who recently gave up their time to help clean up our beautiful local beach. 👏

After weeks of organising and bringing together people from across the community, the group spent several hours collecting an incredible 28kg of litter! 🗑️🌊

It’s wonderful to see young people taking the initiative and bringing the community together to make a real difference to our coastline. 💙

The first clean-up was such a success that there’s already interest in organising another one in November!

From everyone at Alkimos Surf Life Saving Club, thank you to Layne and every single volunteer who got involved. Your hard work helps keep our beaches clean, safe and beautiful for everyone to enjoy. ☀️🌊

Exciting news for Alkimos Surf Life Saving Club! 🌊❤️💛

The Alkimos Surf Life Saving Club Design Concept Report has officially been endorsed by the City of Wanneroo Council.

This means the draft concept design can now move to the community engagement stage – and we’d love our community to have their say!

Community consultation opens today and runs for four weeks, closing Monday 26 October.

Take a look at the proposed concept designs and share your feedback through the City of Wanneroo’s Your Say page.
