We need to know how many people to cater for. Ensure you RSVP by Thursday evening before the meeting. Marlene and Victor need time to do the shopping and ensure there is enough food without wastage.

Lunch run after meeting.
Jennacubbine Tavern.
24 Collins St, Jennacubbine.
The number of members that commit to this run will 100% attend, there is no room for cancellations, if it's 50/50 for you please don't commit to going. The Club was extremely embarrassed last time we attended, only 3 people turned up.

Our return journey will be via O'Brien rd Gidgegannup, winding and hilly, great for manual transmissions, or Auto's with sports mode.

Meeting at BP Baldivis at 7.00am for 7.30am departure.
We have a spot reserved on Waroona Oval for the show.
Vehicles need to be onsite by 8.30am.

Meet at Midland Gate 1500 and depart 1530.
Pick up members at BP roadhouse.
Arrive at Ravenswood Hotel for a meal.

GT CLUB CHRISTMAS BOWLING PARTY
Sun, 14 Dec from 15:00 to 18:15.

A Sunday afternoon, beachfront Scarborough, with 2 games of bowling provided by the Club.
3:00 pm for a 3:15 pm start (time to grab a drink from the bar)
3 Lanes booked for a maximum of 24 members bowling, spectators and Non bowling members are welcome.
RSVP on a first come first allocated up to a maximum of 24 members. Please let us know on the Team app if you are not attending, for this event there is NO maybe option available.
Drinks and any snacks can be purchased at the bar (members own expense).

The Lookout Bar have reserved a section behind the bar area for the Club to have dinner after the bowling, room for everyone if any members would like to stay after the bowling. This area is booked from 6:00pm onwards.
Dinner and drinks purchased are at Members own expense.

There is under ground parking available, entry from the Esplanade, almost next door to the Lookout. It can get busy at the beachfront on a Sunday afternoon.
Come a little earlier, grab parking where available and take in the atmosphere.
You will need to wear or bring appropriate footwear, there is not shoe hire available, bowling in your normal casual shoes, NOT PLUGGERS.
