50 years of so much more than sport. ❤️

Of friendships, belonging, confidence, opportunity and communities coming together. Of athletes showing us what’s possible when people are given the opportunity to thrive.

It's a privilege to be a small part of this incredible movement, alongside the athletes, families and volunteers who are truly at the heart of it all.

Here's to celebrating how far we've come, and continuing to break down barriers over the next 50 years. Because everyone deserves the opportunity to belong. 🫶

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

A big thank you to Para and Ability Dance Australia and especially Anna, for leading our athletes through a practice of the Special Olympics Australia 2026 National Games Closing Ceremony dance at our Team WA Send-Off.

It was such a fun way to bring everyone together, build the excitement and get a head start on the moves before we arrive in Melbourne! 💃🕺

Thanks for being part of such a special day. We’re looking forward to moving and shaking with you again in Melbourne - and to working together so even more athletes can be involved in DanceSport in 2027!

We are incredibly grateful for the warm welcome, generosity and ongoing support you have shown our athletes, volunteers and the wider Special Olympics WA community.

It was very special to bring so many members of Team WA together before they head to Melbourne for the Special Olympics Australia 2026 National Games.

Thank you to everyone at Laguna who helped make the day possible and gave Team WA such a memorable send-off.

Melbourne, here we come! 💛🖤
