🌱 Today is International 🌾

This year’s theme: Plant Biosecurity for Food Security
98% of the oxygen we breathe comes from plants, and 80% of the food we eat is plant-based. Yet up to 40% of global crops are lost to pests and diseases each year—putting pressure on our ability to feed a growing population.
Protecting plant health isn’t just about agriculture—it’s critical to our environment, our economy, and our future food security. 🌍
