🌿 Expression of Interest – Ngadju IPA Coordinator 🌿

The Ngadju Bunna Rangers are looking for an experienced leader and mentor to join the team as an IPA Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about caring for Country, supporting Rangers and protecting culture while working alongside the Ngadju Bunna Ranger team.

The role will support a wide range of activities across Ngadju Country, including:

🌱 Land and sea management
πŸ”₯ Fire management
🦎 Conservation and biodiversity monitoring
🌿 W**d and feral animal control
πŸͺƒ Cultural site protection
🀝 Community and cultural activities

The IPA Coordinator will work closely with the Ranger Coordinator to support the team with planning and field operations, training and development, equipment and resources, reporting, safety and the delivery of the Ngadju IPA and Ranger work programs.

NNTAC is calling for Expressions of Interest from Ngadju Native Title Holders who would like to be involved as a Ngadju Negotiation Team member in upcoming native title agreement negotiations with Torque Metals Limited regarding its mining project on Ngadju Country.

This is an important opportunity for Ngadju people to contribute to discussions that will help protect Native Title rights and interests, heritage and the future of Ngadju Country.

We are seeking dedicated people who can attend meetings, work positively as part of a team and contribute to achieving the best possible outcomes for the Ngadju People.

Previous experience on a negotiation team is desirable but not essential if you have other relevant skills and experience.

NNTAC is inviting Ngadju Native Title Holders to submit an Expression of Interest to join the Ngadju Bunna Rangers Advisory Committee.

We are looking for 4 dedicated Ngadju people who are passionate about Country, culture and community and would like to help support the important work of the Ngadju Bunna Rangers.

Committee members will have the opportunity to share their knowledge and provide advice on ranger programs, cultural land and sea management, community engagement and priorities for caring for Country. Successful applicants will be appointed for a 2-year term.

The first Ngadju Language Pack has been specifically designed for children aged 0–2 years and includes fun, engaging resources to support early language learning and cultural connection at home.

βœ”οΈ The first pack is for children aged 0–2 years
