Time is running out โ€” Farhan needs a kidney transplant before Eid Al-Adha 2026 to survive.

Farhan is a loving father of two young children who are still waiting for their dad to come back to themโ€ฆ but today, he is fighting just to stay alive.

Once a healthy man, Farhan is now battling ๐ž๐ง๐-๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ ๐ž ๐ค๐ข๐๐ง๐ž๐ฒ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ž (complete kidney failure) requiring constant dialysis, along with diabetes, severe anemia, a past brain hemorrhage, and Hepatitis B & C. His body has been pushed to the brink โ€” he now weighs just 38 kg, less than many children.

Doctors have advised ๐๐ข๐š๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ซ๐ž๐ž ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž๐ฌ ๐š ๐ฐ๐ž๐ž๐ค just to keep him alive, but due to financial hardship, he can only manage two. It is no longer enough. With each passing day, his condition is worsening.
