Planning for the Next Season is a peer workshop for adult children and their parents to think about and make plans to continue living life to the full. We work closely with adult children, older people themselves or both to develop a personalised 'roadmap'. This roadmap explores a range of signposts in life’s journey, which will help people consider how they will age well at home now and into the
future, giving them the informational and practical provisions to progress on their unique path. We support people to take control, explore and consider what is important to them, and how they might get there. The power of the workshops is in the sharing of the experiences, resources and stories of the people in the room.
