Tara, Australia! Unlock Your Australian Visa Options
Frankland Park Sporting & Community Facility, Hammond Park, WA – 22 March 2026

The University of the Philippines Alumni Association - Western Australia (UP Alumni - WA) kicked off its 2026 calendar with “Tara, Australia! Unlock Your Visa Potential”, an empowering and informative session held on 22 March 2026 at the Frankland Park Sporting & Community Facility in Hammond Park.

Hosted by Atty. Gino Lopez and Christmarie Tentia, both prominent UP Alumni members and Registered Migration Agents, the event shed light on Australia’s complex visa landscape, guiding attendees through various migration and residency pathways. The discussion covered visa options available to students, skilled professionals, and families seeking to build a new life in Australia.

Participants—composed of UP alumni and fellow kababayans eager to understand the migration process—gained valuable insights into application requirements, eligibility considerations, and key strategies for successful visa and permanent residency outcomes.
The session began at 2:00 PM and concluded with a lively Question & Answer segment, where attendees engaged directly with the hosts to clarify specific migration scenarios and received practical, experience-based advice.

Through this first event of the year, UP Alumni - WA reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the Filipino community in Western Australia by providing timely, practical knowledge that empowers Filipinos to achieve their Australian dreams—one visa at a time.
