We are a community of alumni of the University of the Philippines residing in Western Australia. Our goal is to build a strong network of alumni in our state and to support the needs of our members. As “Iskolars ng Bayan” (scholars of the nation), we continue to uphold the ideals and values of our alma mater. UP alumna Dr. Beverly Lorraine C. Ho took oath as Acting President and CEO of PhilHealth on 11 August 2026. She was also a recipient of both the Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) and The Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service (TOWNS) in 2022. Her impressive merits and experience in the medical field and public service are truly tatak UP!

What a fantastic start!🏸🏓

Our first UP Alumni WA Pickleball and Badminton Socials 2026 was a great success!

It was wonderful to see alumni from different generations come together, whether playing badminton, trying out pickleball, cheering from the sidelines, or simply catching up over good conversations.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our first social such a fun and memorable one. We hope this becomes a regular way for UP alumni in WA to stay active, reconnect with old friends, and make new ones.
