Finding Your Place – Youth Disability Art Workshop; a free, two-part creative program delivered by WA Inclusive Arts Group (WAIAG) for young people aged 13–18 living with disability.
Across two relaxed and hands-on sessions, participants will have the opportunity to:
🎨 Explore identity, community and belonging
🖌️ Experiment with different art materials and creative techniques
💭 Use art as a way to explore thoughts, ideas and self-expression
💬 Meet and connect with other young people
🌱 Discover different communities they may feel connected to
There is no previous art experience required – the program is all about creativity, connection and exploring ideas in a supportive environment. Participants can work at their own pace, take breaks and choose how much they would like to share.

There will also be an optional opportunity for participants to submit artwork created during the program to a WAIAG exhibition in 2027 – completely optional, with no obligation to participate.

Parent/guardian attendance is required for participants under 16. Participants aged 16–17 will need to complete a Hillview Hub Youth Programs Registration Form.
