Anybody can find themselves suddenly angry — and that's okay. Anger is not a bad emotion; it's a valid and natural part of life. It's our body's way of signaling that something needs our attention — maybe we've been disrespected, maybe a boundary has been crossed, maybe we're simply exhausted and have had enough.
The key is learning to pause, listen to what it's telling us, and choose how to respond.
We always have this ability - to delay our response while choosing the best way to handle it.
