We had a great afternoon at the Swiss Club Property in Gidgigannup for our annual fondue event.
This year the club provided the cheese mixture and everyone enjoyed making their own fondue.
70 people attended and lots of new and old faces made the afternoon a success.

The Easter Picnic weekend at Gidgegannup was well attended with over 50 people on Sunday.
Some people camped from Thursday to Monday and made good use of the property.
This year we held a Zopf competition on Sunday morning and everyone was able to judge and taste each one.
Egg colouring and an Easter egg hunt were enjoyed by everyone and lots of fun and laughs were had.

Samichlaus and Schmutzli arrived at Perry Lakes again this year and had a good chat with 65 children. The Alphorn players entertained us and the committee served up Bratwurst and Cervelat from Reto the Swiss butcher, as well as Nussgipfel and Farmers bread from Chez Jean-Claude. A big thank you to Tabitha for the Samichlaus bags, the kids loved them. Some of the young ones had a try playing the Alphorn and might even be future players

Thank you to everyone that braved the wet weather for our Swiss National Day celebration.
Everyone was nice and warm in the shed and the rain even stopped at 4pm for the Alphorn players and the Bonfire. Thanks to everyone for your contributions to the desert buffet.
