Visitor Centres representatives are encouraged to attend the 2025 Perth Airport WA Tourism Conference from May 26-28 in Fremantle, with a dedicated day for Visitor Centre staff to connect and collaborate with their peers from across the State, with opportunities to share ideas and discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.

An exciting new prize has also recently been added to the 7News Top Tourism Town Awards, providing a unique way for visitors to discover your destination. With thanks to Storytowns: Audio Guides As You Travel, the gold winner in each category will receive a professionally produced custom audio guide of their town, featuring two of your local legends.

The audio guide will be hosted on the Storytowns app for one year, with a renewal option available so you can keep offering this unique experience to visitors. Nominations are open to any city or town and can be made by an accredited Visitor Information Centre or local Council on behalf of the destination.
