MEETING NOTICE OF YILKA TALINTJI ABORIGINAL CORPORATION RNTBC (ICN 8415)

In accordance with the Rule Book, please find attached Meeting Notice and Agendas for meetings to be held in Cosmo Newberry Community on Thursday 13th November 2025 from 9:30AM.

Meetings will be held in the following order:

Special General Meeting;
General Meeting;
Common Law Holders Meeting to Appoint three (3) Trust Advisory Committee members of the Yilka Charitable Trust (This meeting will be run by the Trustee of the Yilka Charitable Trust, Perpetual); and
Annual General Meeting.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided on the day.

Good morning All,

Gold Fields has recently entered into a sponsorship to assist delivery of the “2025 Horizon Program – Uplifting Female Regional Leaders” for people in the Goldfields.

The HORIZON Program provides culturally safe leadership development and entrepreneurship training through a combination of in-person workshops, coaching and mentoring, plus online seminars specifically designed for Indigenous female leaders living and working in regional areas.

The 2025 program is to include 2-day intensive workshops in four regional centres Nationwide, including Kalgoorlie on the 15th and 16th September 2025.

Each location will support up to 11 women, with the program valued at $8,500 per participant and offered free of charge to selected applicants who meet the eligibility criteria.

The program will be led by experienced Aboriginal leaders and expert coaches. Attached is the Flyer for the 2025 Program, along with the media release.
