📣 Notice to All SKHKAC Members – AGM Proxy Forms Available

Kaya members,

This is an update for our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on:

🗓 Sunday, 16th February 2025
📍 Kent Weir Park, Cannington, Meleluca Room
⏰ 10am- 12:00pm

Under our Sister Kate’s Rule Book (Rule 7.5(d)), notice of the AGM has already been provided through our official page.

We are now making Proxy Forms available for any members who cannot attend the AGM in person and wish to appoint another member to vote on their behalf.

📄 Proxy forms are attached to this post.
🖊 Members may submit a completed proxy form any time before the meeting begins.

To make this easier for everyone, we will also:

✔️ Bring printed proxy forms to the AGM
✔️ Members can complete a proxy on arrival if needed
✔️ Our team will be available to assist with any questions on the day

If you plan to appoint a proxy, please ensure the person you choose is a current member of SKHKAC.

We look forward to seeing our community come together for this important meeting.

📣 Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Sister Kate’s Home Kids Aboriginal Corporation will hold its Annual General Meeting on Sunday, 16 November 2025, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Melaleuca Room, Kent Street Weir Park, Kent Street.

We mailed AGM letters on 15 September 2025. In line with ORIC compliance, this Facebook post also serves as a formal 21-day notification to all members. As of last AGM meeting on 25-01-25, we have agreed this will now be a formal way of notifying members.

As our community continues to grow and members move around, we are now sharing AGM notifications through social media to help everyone stay connected and informed. This ensures Sister Kate’s members can view updates easily and attend our meetings wherever they may be.
