There is still time for you to enter our Crazy Catan tournament at this Saturday's May WABA: Mt Claremont meet (9 May). Crazy Catan is a different way to play Catan - it's fast, noisy and a little bit unhinged!

You will have a list of objectives to complete (e.g. collect a brick, build a settlement, play a development card). You will also be moving from one Catan island to another, with everything you built being left behind. Win by completing all the objectives or having the most completed when time runs out.

The winner wins a copy of First in Flight!

The West Australian Boardgaming Association has gathered a lot of games and expansions from various places and for various reasons. Most of these are donations but, as storage has also become an issue, the number of games in the WABA Games Collection is to be progressively reduced. As these are

The 2025 AGM of the West Australian Boardgaming Association Inc. ('WABA') will be held on Saturday, 13 September.

WABA members have been sent formal notices and documents about the AGM. If you want them sent again, please email us: contact at wabainc dot com.

The AGM will be held at 1.15pm (arrive at 1.00pm for a 1.15pm start) at the Mt Claremont Community Centre, 105 Montgomery Avenue, Mt Claremont (the normal WABA: Mt Claremont venue). This will be before we begin our regular open boardgaming. We tentatively anticipate the AGM finishing by about 2.10pm, with our regular open boardgaming commencing from about 2.25pm. You must be eligible at the time of the AGM to take part in the AGM.
