River of Life Mission - Philippines River of Life Mission has the quest to travel to remote villages of the Philippines and spread the word of God.

River of Life Mission Churches and Orphanages founded by Fely Kooistra a Christian Missionary from Perth, WA who dedicates her life to spreading the Gospel, transforming lives and providing shelter and education to orphaned children in the Philippines. Fely Kooistra is a Christian missionary, teaching the Gospel of Christ in poverty stricken third world villages and battling against hunger and dis

ease. Fely Kooistra dedicates her whole life to the gospel of God. She was born and raised in the village of San Isidro of the philippines and at the early age of 13 was sent off to be a maid. She Moved to Australia to raise her own beautiful family of two boys and baby girl on her own. After raising her own family, Fely chose to follow her heart and God's calling and found herself back in the rural and poverty stricken villages of the Philippines. She embarked on a journey to spread God's word and build a solid foundation for the people. She now spends all of her time and energy for the betterment of others, building a community through education, leadership, faith and hope. The energy and inspiration Fely brings to the people of the Philippines is truly amazing. She helps them overcome everyday struggles and hardships, build homes, implement an education system and integrate food and water system. But the most remarkable product of her work is the strong foundation, the community growing together in God's Love.

Last week, our community in Dolores, Eastern Samar experienced heavy rains that caused flooding around God’s Children’s Home. While the water rose, we are thankful to share that all of the children and staff remained safe.

We are deeply grateful for our caretakers who immediately stepped in—cleaning, restoring, and ensuring that the children’s environment stayed secure and comfortable. Their dedication and teamwork are a true blessing to this home.

To all our supporters, sponsors, and prayer partners—thank you. Your continued love, generosity, and prayers allow us to respond quickly during challenging moments and continue caring for the children with hope and stability.

We humbly ask for your prayers for continuous good weather, protection, and peace for the children and staff in the days ahead.

Hello everyone! Happy new Year. As we continue our journey in mission, your love and prayers help us accomplish all of this. We went to different churches of River of Life Mission church and celebrate Christmas party. Giving gifts , Praying for healing, and preaching God's unconditional love to everyone.
