Exodus 8:1 "Released to serve"Let my people go so that they may worship me. We see God give the main reason he want us free and release from bo***ge. We are released so that we can worship God. Numbers 1:1-3...Now that Israel is released, they spend 2 years at mont Sinai where God is preparing them for worship and service. He gave them the Law and the 10 commandments but before they get on the move for the promise land God started to COUNT them, NAME them, ORGANISE them because there are battles/ service on the way. When you go through the book of Numbers Israelite was counted somewhere in a certain ministry no exceptions. We are all call to serve there are no SIMPLE CHRISTIAN. The same way; God is naming you to serve him in a certain ministry, that's why we have been released. Joshua 24:15 Now let's look at Israel worship once they are in the promise land, the land of worship/service. These the same people who God count to serve in his army but serving God becomes undesirable for them for whatever reason but let's have Joshua attitude; AS FOR ME AND MY FAMILY WE WILL SERVE THE LORDNot that
