Casa Mia Montessori Playgroup A structured playgroup based on Montessori philosophy and learning through play, for ages 18 months and up. Come and play at Casa Mia Montessori Playgroup!

Our structured playgroup sessions are led by an experienced Early Childhood educator on Monday to Thursday for children aged 18 months-5 years. The facilitated sessions offer an extended play experience, guided by Montessori philosophy incorporating early literacy and numeracy while promoting independence and self direction. Our casual Open Play Friday’s are run by our volunteer committee members

and provides opportunities for unstructured and child directed play in our indoor and outdoor learning environments. We are located in an ex pre-primary building at 2 Hudson St, Bayswater which is purpose built for young children and has an enclosed play area and a dedicated car park. A huge thank you to Big Don's Smoked Meats for choosing to support Casa Mia Montessori Playgroup through their recent fundraiser. 🤍

We are incredibly grateful to Nat, Cr Cale Black - City of Bayswater, West Ward , and Don, who have supported us from the very beginning - not only advocating for us during the council process, but continuing to back us through this fundraising effort.

Cale even spent the day wearing a sign and selling raffle tickets to help raise funds for our playgroup, and we truly appreciate the time and effort that went into making it such a success!

Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, these funds will go a long way towards covering our operating costs for the next 12 months and helping us continue to provide a welcoming space for local families.

From all of us at Casa Mia Montessori Playgroup, thank you for believing in what we do and for supporting our little community. We are so grateful! 🤍
