Important Product Recall Notice

Hi Everyone,

It is with care and caution that we share the following information.

We have been advised that one of the products included in our Christmas drop — the Sensory Game Controller (pictured below) — has been officially recalled.

The recall has been issued due to a potential safety risk. There is a risk of serious injury or death if small parts separate from the toy and are placed in a child’s mouth.

Out of an abundance of caution, we ask that parents and caregivers:

• Stop using the product immediately
• Keep the product out of reach of children

The item can be returned to Kmart for a full refund — no receipt is required.

For further assistance, please contact Kmart Customer Service on 1800 124 125 or visit their website. If you require proof of purchase or any support from us to assist with the return, please reach out and we will be more than happy to help.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The safety and wellbeing of children and families is always our highest priority.

Please share this notice with anyone who may have been in the Respiratory Ward around Christmas time, as they may have received this item in their Christmas sack.

This one's for the parents/carers holding the fort down , go take a break 🙌💫 What an amazing initiative 👏

This year, restorative sound healing sessions are available free of charge at Perth Children’s Hospital, thanks to the generous support of Perth Children's Hospital Foundation .

Led by sound therapist Ashe Burns, these calming sessions use gentle therapeutic sound and vibration to help soothe the nervous system, ease tension and support overall wellbeing. All you need to do is lie back on the provided mats, cushions and bolsters and allow the peaceful sound bath to wash over you.

Monthly on Tuesdays throughout 2026
12:30pm – 1:30pm
Multi‑Faith Centre, Level 5, PCH (take the Green lifts)
For parents and carers of children at PCH

We've been a little quieter here, but our hearts- and our mission- have never paused🤍
Over the Christmas period, we were honored to deliver a special Christmas drop for families in the ward. We provided toys and Santa sacks, allowing parents to choose gifts for their children- especially for those who may not have been able to Christmas presents otherwise.

Moments like these remind us why The Lung Warrior exists. To support children with respiratory conditions and their emotionally, practically and with dignity.

As we step back into this space, we're so grateful for every supporter, donor, and family who walks this journey with us.

We're still here. And we're just getting started✨
