🌸 SPRING IS DEFINITELY IN THE AIR! 🌸

And our creative crew in the deli couldn’t wait to bring you their latest creation - an ode to the new season… 💚

🥗 FRESHIES SPRING SALAD 🥗

Fresh, crunchy, colourful and absolutely loaded with spring goodness. Think crisp cos lettuce, red capsicum, hydrating Lebanese cucumber, white salad onion for a little kick, fresh chives and juicy tomatoes, all topped with creamy local Borrello Fetta Cheese 🧀🍅🥒

Then we’ve tossed it all through a simple, zingy apple c***r vinegar, EVOO & oregano dressing. 🌿✨

It’s so fresh and Mediterranean you could almost be forgiven for thinking you’ve landed on a gorgeous little Greek island… 🇬🇷☀️🌊 #

Almost. 😉

Luckily, you only need to make it as far as the Freshies deli.

🌸 Freshies Spring Salad - available NOW in our deli at both stores.

Perfect for lunch, dinner, a fresh side or add your favourite protein and make it a meal. 💚🥗
